Group Therapy

Using dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), we offer several modules of group session such as mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation and interpersonal effectiveness.  It is an excellent way to gain new skills, meet people with similar goals and challenges and learn through others.

Art Therapy

Healing Through Creativity Art Therapy invites you to explore your emotions in a tangible way. It’s not about judging what you make; it’s about what you discover while making it. This approach allows you to step back, look at your emotions from a different angle, and find clarity in the colors and shapes. It is a gentle, non-verbal path to understanding yourself better and finding peace amidst chaos.
